The Lady of Shalott by ~xAmberWolfx:iconxAmberWolfx:

She hast been forgotten,
Weaving her curse steadily.
A veil of longing clouding her soul,
Lacelot gives her his shield,
Dazzled, Pain sank inside,
The curse came to
The Lady of Shalott.

Ebony boat, Retires in the river,
To take her away forever.
Painted 'pon the prow lies
"The Lady of Shalott".

She lay in the,
Tears laying crystalized 'pon her frozen skin.
The chain was loosed,
The Lady of Shalott slept forever more.
Lancelot seeing the fair lady,
Laid her to rest.
The Lady of Shalott.

I was listening to Loreena McKennitt sing the poem by Lord Tennyson and was inspired to write this. I actually love it =D
